The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were kind and supportive. I booked a twin/double room with central heating, a multi-channel television, and a study table. The property's location was stunning, by nature. It was 1 km from Giraffe Stop, offering quick-service food. Stayed here for 7 nights and did not want to leave there.
No complaints whatsoever.

The mountainous view was breathtaking and the tranquil feel was just the getaway my partner and I needed. The hotel's sauna was a great way to unwind after a long day of hiking, though the cold pool was a bit of a shock. We enjoyed exploring the nearby town and the delicious restaurants that were recommended to us.
The hotel's location was quite inconvenient as it was far from the town center, making it difficult to get around without a car. The lack of parking in the town also added to the hassle.

The hotel staff was very kind and supportive, ensuring that everything was always smooth. The three-course dinner was superb and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. We were able to do some skiing despite only a few runs being open and we could ski to and from the hotel. The location was stunning and it was easy to get recommendations for nearby restaurants from the hotel staff.
